Office Hours

Our office is open:

Weekdays 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Weekends 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Our office phone lines are open*:

Weekends 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

We are closed only for major holidays, including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

 

 

We are open until 8:00 pm to accomodate patients with acute illnesses or minor trauma. The acute evening visits are scheduled on the same day only. We do schedule a limited number of well visits in the evenings.

On weekends, we will see children with acute illnesses or minor trauma between 9:00 am and 12 pm. We prefer that you call ahead but walk-ins are accepted. Well visits are scheduled only during weekdays.

*A nurse and pediatrician are always available through our answering service, the Rochester Community Triage System, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply by calling the regular office line at (585) 225-2525.

**NB: Co-pays are expected at the time of the visit.
